1. Overview

2. Who May Request Deletion

Guests, members, donors, or other individuals whose personal information appears in SteadyFaith at the direction of a church.

Authorized church administrators requesting deletion of their own account or organization data, subject to contractual and billing obligations.

Authorized representatives acting on behalf of an individual where permitted by law.

3. How to Submit a Request

Email privacy@steadyfaith.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include:

Your full name and contact information used in SteadyFaith.

The church or organization associated with your information, if known.

A description of the data you want deleted.

Information reasonably needed to verify your identity. We may request additional verification before processing a request.

If your information was submitted by a church, you may also contact that church directly. The church may be the primary organization responsible for congregant records.

4. What Happens After You Request Deletion

We aim to acknowledge requests within a reasonable timeframe. Actual completion times may vary based on request complexity and legal requirements.

We may retain certain information where required or permitted by law, including billing records, security logs, dispute records, and information needed to comply with legal obligations.

Deletion from backups or archived systems may take additional time.

5. Church Administrators

Church administrators seeking to close an organization account or export/delete congregant data should contact SteadyFaith support through their dashboard or email the privacy contact above.

Account closure may be subject to outstanding balances, contractual notice periods, and data export options.

6. No Guarantee

Submitting a deletion request does not guarantee that all information can be deleted in all circumstances. We will respond in accordance with applicable law and our data retention obligations.
