1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the SteadyFaith platform and related services (the "Service") operated by [Company Legal Name] ("SteadyFaith," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account, accessing the Service, or using any SteadyFaith feature, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not use the Service. If you are accepting on behalf of a church or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

2. Accounts and Eligibility

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

The Service is intended for churches, ministries, and faith-based organizations and their authorized staff and volunteers. You must be at least 18 years old to create an administrative account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by: violating applicable law; sending unlawful, harassing, or deceptive communications; attempting unauthorized access; interfering with platform security; or uploading malicious code.

You are responsible for content you and your users submit, including guest data, communications, and giving records. SteadyFaith may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

4. Church and Customer Responsibilities

Churches using SteadyFaith are responsible for their own ministry practices, congregant communications, consent collection, and compliance with laws applicable to their operations.

SteadyFaith provides software tools; it does not provide legal, tax, accounting, or pastoral advice. You should consult qualified professionals for guidance specific to your organization.

5. Subscriptions and Billing

Paid plans, trials, renewals, and cancellations are described on our pricing pages and Refund & Cancellation Policy. Fees are billed through our payment processor unless otherwise stated.

We may change plan features or pricing with notice as described in these Terms or applicable order forms. Continued use after changes may constitute acceptance.

6. Intellectual Property

SteadyFaith and its licensors retain all rights in the Service, software, branding, and documentation. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service during an active subscription or authorized trial.

You retain ownership of your content. You grant SteadyFaith a limited license to host, process, and display your content solely to provide and improve the Service.

7. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STEADYFAITH DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements. Features may change over time.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STEADYFAITH WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL.

Our aggregate liability arising from or relating to the Service will not exceed the amounts paid by you to SteadyFaith for the Service in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim, unless a different limit is required by applicable law.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, non-payment, security risk, or as required by law.

Upon termination, your right to access the Service ends. Provisions that by nature should survive termination will survive, including disclaimers, limitations of liability, and governing law.

10. Governing Law and Contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of [Insert jurisdiction], without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Questions about these Terms may be directed to legal@steadyfaith.com.
