1. SMS Program Description

SteadyFaith enables churches and ministries using our platform to send text messages to guests, members, and other contacts who have opted in. Messages may include service reminders, follow-up, event updates, giving receipts, and other ministry-related communications.

Message content and sending practices are determined by each church. SteadyFaith provides the messaging infrastructure.

2. How You Opt In

You may opt in by checking an SMS consent box on a check-in form, member signup form, or other church-provided experience that includes SMS disclosure language.

You may also opt in through other methods made available by your church, where permitted by law and disclosed at the time of opt-in.

Consent is not required as a condition of purchasing goods or services from SteadyFaith, except where a church separately conditions participation in a specific program on SMS consent.

3. Message Frequency and Charges

Message frequency varies depending on the church and programs you join. You may receive multiple messages per month during active ministry periods.

Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless carrier for details about your plan.

4. Opting Out and Help

Reply STOP to cancel text messages from a program. You may receive a one-time confirmation message.

Reply HELP for help or contact the church that sent the messages.

Opting out of SMS does not remove your information from the church’s records. Contact the church directly for other data requests.

5. Privacy

Information collected for SMS programs is handled according to our Privacy Policy and the church’s own practices.

Questions about SteadyFaith’s platform practices may be sent to privacy@steadyfaith.com.

6. Carrier Disclaimer

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. [Company Legal Name] does not guarantee delivery of SMS messages in all circumstances.
