1. Overview

This Refund & Cancellation Policy describes billing, trial, cancellation, and refund practices for [Company Legal Name]'s subscription plans ("SteadyFaith subscriptions").

This policy does not govern donations processed through a church’s giving experience. Giving refunds are handled separately as described below.

2. Free Trials

SteadyFaith may offer a free trial for new subscriptions, as described on our pricing page. Trial terms, including duration and included usage limits, are shown at checkout.

Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription may convert to a paid plan and your payment method may be charged according to the plan you selected.

3. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your SteadyFaith subscription through the billing area of your dashboard or through the payment provider’s customer portal where available.

Cancellation typically takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated at checkout. You may retain access until that period ends.

We do not guarantee prorated refunds for partial billing periods unless required by applicable law or expressly stated in writing.

4. Refunds for Subscriptions

Except where required by law, subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period has begun.

If you believe you were charged in error, contact us promptly at the address below with your account details. We will review requests in good faith but do not guarantee approval of any refund request.

5. Giving and Donations

Online donations made through a church’s giving page are processed by payment partners on behalf of the church, not by SteadyFaith as the merchant of record.

Refund requests for donations should be directed to the church that received the gift. SteadyFaith cannot guarantee donation refunds.

6. Contact

Billing questions may be sent to legal@steadyfaith.com. Please include your church name, account email, and invoice or charge details.
