Track check-ins in real time, filter by service or campus, and run manual check-in mode.

What it is

The Attendance page shows every check-in for your church in real time. Filter by date, campus, service, guest/member status, and source. Switch between a live feed view and a table view for reporting.

  • Dashboard → Attendance (/dashboard/attendance)

Step-by-step workflow

  1. Open Attendance — Navigate to Dashboard → Attendance from the sidebar under Church Operations.
  2. Choose your view — Toggle between Feed (real-time cards) and Table (sortable list). Your preference is saved automatically.
  3. Apply filters — Filter by date range, campus, service type, attendee type (guest/member), and check-in source (QR, manual, member portal).
  4. Watch live updates — During service, new check-ins appear automatically without refreshing the page.
  5. Manual check-in mode — Click Check-In Mode (or visit with ?checkin=true) to let volunteers search for and check in guests on a tablet or laptop.
  6. Open a person — Click any check-in row to open the person drawer with contact info, attendance history, and quick actions.

Tips & common issues

  • Dashboard home — The dashboard home page also shows a live check-in feed and attendance trend for a quick Sunday-morning overview.
  • Export for leadership — Use filters to isolate a specific service, then share attendance numbers with your leadership team.
  • Realtime sync — If check-ins aren't appearing, confirm your internet connection and that guests are using the correct church slug in the check-in URL.
