Executive Dashboard

Church-wide KPIs — attendance trends, cohort retention, at-risk people, giving summary, and exports.

What it is

The Executive Dashboard gives church leaders a high-level view of church health: attendance trends, guest retention, engagement scores, at-risk people, giving summaries, and communication activity. Use it for board reports and pastoral care prioritization.

Where to find it

  • Dashboard → Executive (/dashboard/executive)

Step-by-step workflow

  1. Open Executive Dashboard — Navigate to Dashboard → Executive from the Growth section of the sidebar.
  2. Review KPI cards — Scan headline metrics: total attendance, new guests, member count, giving totals, and engagement scores.
  3. Explore attendance trend — View weekly attendance over time with campus and service filters.
  4. Check cohort retention — See how many first-time guests return in weeks 1, 4, 8, and 12.
  5. Review at-risk people — Identify members who haven't attended recently. Click to create an at-risk segment for targeted outreach.
  6. Giving summary — See fund breakdown, recurring gift totals, and top givers at a glance.
  7. Export data — Download CSV exports for board meetings (admin and staff roles only).
  8. Filter by campus — If your church has multiple campuses, use the campus filter to drill into location-specific data.

Tips & common issues

  • Weekly refresh — Aggregate metrics refresh on a weekly schedule. If numbers look stale, check back after the next refresh cycle.
  • At-risk outreach — Use the Create At-Risk Segment button to instantly build a segment you can message via campaigns or automations.
  • Role access — Viewers can see the dashboard but cannot export CSV data.
